Susan McGalla

Susan McGalla has worked in the corporate retail world for most of her career. She started out working at American Eagle Outfitters. Ms. Galla had a variety of management positions before her hard work was rewarded with a position as Chief Merchandising Officer. Her successes as CMO even led to an opportunity as President of American Eagle. But then Susan McGalla was looking for a new challenge, and found the opportunity to become CEO of Wet Seal Inc. During her time at The Wet Seal she was responsible for helping to create a more unique brand identity, for the company's goal of targeting teenage fashion. She helped them claim a brand new audience, and helped to change the face of the comapny for the better.     Now she spends her time as an executive consultant. Susan McGalla formed her company, P3 Executive Consulting LLC in 2012, and has been providing corporate retail advice ever sense. Her time as CEO of two major retail fashion companies has made her one of the most in demand executive consultants.
